			This SUBSCRIPTION covers the following for one year:
			> Your membership of the LIFECARTE system and registration in the confidential LIFECARTE database. > The creation of the card and its dispatch to your home address along with the control letter for your recorded data. > Access, via a confidential code, to your file on the internet and by voice server. > Free renewal if it is used in an emergency situation. >  The issue of a new card when your membership is renewed the following year.
